FUNCTIONS

The James Matra Room

  • The room is perfectly suited for wedding receptions, christenings, engagement parties, Christmas parties, children’s parties, family and friends get-togethers, and corporate functions or any occasion you may wish to celebrate.
  • The James Matra room is also ideal to hold a Wake for your loved ones.
  • The room offers the facilities of a fully stocked bar and audio-visual equipment.
  • The first floor is accessible by elevator for those not able to use the stairs.
  • Children are only permitted in the first floor function area.

Rates:

  • Room hire fee with bar person (1 – 5 hours) – over 30 people $280
  • Room hire fee no bar person (1 – 5 hours) – under 30 people $150
  • Bar person hire fee (1 – 5 hours) – over 30 people $120
  • Additional waiter – $100

Location: First Floor
Capacity: Seating capacity for this room is 70 people. Standing is 80 people.

The Board Room

  • The Board Room is suitable for corporate meetings, staff training and other corporate events.
  • The room offers an oval-shaped board table, plasma television, DVD/VCR player, whiteboard & audio recording facilities.

Rates:

  • Hire fee (1 – 5 hours) – $80
  • Additional time – $20 per hour

Location: Located on the first floor.
Capacity: Seating capacity is for 14 people.

The Barbeque Area

  • The BBQ Area is perfect for Christmas parties & corporate functions.
  • Tables and chairs for 40 people are available.
  • There is a self service barbeque grill where you can cook your own food or have it cooked by our staff.
  • Rest room facilities and a kitchenette are also available.
  • Food must be purchased from the club.

Rate:

  • BBQ area – $100 (5 hours maximum)
  • Hire fee (5 hours) $100
  • Tennis courts available – $ 20 per hour

Location: Located near the tennis courts at the rear of the property.
Capacity: Seating capacity is 50 people.
